i like the company offerings it offers very good margin upto 40% on products which makes the distributor satisfied and happy. it becomes easier for us to generate the referals and then achieve our targets. for the employees, the perks and benifits are very attractive. it pushes us to over achieve our targets so that the incentive may be claimed. overall good organisation

some of the departments are very unprofessional. behave casual.

the work culture and transparency since begining is a very good policy of sterling. they have explained everthing very clearly right from the interview time. the distributor policy is really good. good roi for distributors

small dealers are not directly getting much benefits. so work is mainly to focus on distributors.
