I am satisfied with my growth and position here. My team mates are really supportive and allow us the freedome to work in my territory. we can have our team members of our own choice.. unlike other places, the HR team helps us in hiring our team mates but we are the ultimate decission makers. above all the package is not a constraint. we get good hikes at the time of joining and even yearly if we act as per the comitment to the management. I also agree that it is a tough job to clear the probation period. tough means you have to acompliish your minimum target to survive in the system. the distributors are satisfied. the only problem id deliivery lead time which is approx 6 to 7 days. this should be reduced....Read More

target is a huge pressure. the dispatch lead tie should be redused as currently it is more than 3 days. the dispatch department should be made more active and responsible. due to their casua behaviour sales has to suffer at times.

I got a chance to work in this company. during the interview only as perthe hr it was made clear to me that first 3 months are very crutial in terms of targets. after my joining II visited the gurgaon offiice collected my samples and catalogues. with support from my seniours i cleared the probation period and i am a confirmed employee. the product quality is greatand the prices are perfect. the margin and sales support to the customer is also great which helps in easilygenerating the sales....Read More

i am working here since 2021. i have seen the company growing well since then. the company, in the begining is very strict and regid in terms of the targets which is comitted by the employeed during the interview. we cant just comit any thisng at the time of interview to just somehow get the job. we get the confirmation after 3 or 6months only when we are able to fuilfil and acomplish what we have comitted. but after the confirmation lif is very sorted. the best part that we also get hike at the time of confirmation which is just 3 to 6 months of joining. My job is really very stisfying. i have spent fairly good amount of time here.
