Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

Management expect you to bail them out and support them by doing Overtime when they're backlogged. However, they do not approve leaves for unavoidable family functions. When informed that we would have to take the leave even if it is unapproved, you're threatened with repercussions. Managers are biased, ignorant and arrogant. You can only flourish in the company if you're into office politics.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
