The only reason for being in Stefanini is that due to job market is not good and obviously if you have financial dependency.

Dislikes

There is so much to say about this company. No proper policy for all employees. They are saving on paper plates ,cups and tissues ,running on employees saved money Managers know how the work or tasks can be done from an employees ,when comes to hike or asking for leaves they turn there back and will not respond to you. Admin Ravi isone of the pathetic and toxic employee he feels he is paying for cabs and other stuffs of the company with his savings or salary DONT EVER JOIN THIS ORGANISATION TOXIC ENVIROMNET ESPECAILLY FROM NOIDA....Read More
