Hire and Fire Policy. They hire and fire 20+ recruiters irrespective of their experience in 2023. Very poor incentive structure. No hold on their clients and put the blame on recruiters. Put recruiter under PIP for more than 1 year. Managers doesn't support their team just to save their chair. Whole team is under PIP and still manager receiving awards for performance. Every single day changing the policies therefore employee getting deduction in salary during the joining they are commenting too much but afterwards they are not taking care of employees. I worked at Stefanini as a Senior Software Engineer(Middleware/Adtalem) . I joined this org on 27th of March 2024 & last working day was 8th of oct 2024 why so soon??? Let me brief so far situation & story behind this(all points only for middleware /Apps):- Unfortunately my experience there was far from positive. The team leadershiplacked technical expertise & had no understanding of business operation instead of foresting collaboration , the focus seemed to be on internal politics. The management culture was toxic & key leadership position particularly in middleware , were held by individuals with little to no relevant skills. The team lead particular, had poor technical knowledge & was more focused on playing politics than supporting the team he only supported the employee who is favourite because of that he can save his job. The manager seemed interested in protecting certain employees rather than encouraging growth & productivity across the board. While my journey he never asked what is the reason , he only escalated me. This political culture was a major factor in my decision to leave the company . I would never recommend this company to others based on my experience. BOTTOM LINE:- Company is good but management is Worse. TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT:- I strongly encourage you to review the feedback of all employees on monthly basis rather than relying solely on inputs from manager & no skilled Team lead 😂 .
