When we work for any organization, we work for over selves, there is nothing to dislike, if we really interested in working and providing out put to organization. This itself will allow us to grow further.

The only thing I like is I didn't have to fulfil my 60 days resignation period, I left immediately in 25 days! Yes 25 days!

I would have given 0 star but there's no option for it. There's tremendous work load in Sales & Marketing Department whose manager acts like a noob executive and lacks basic leadership qualities. There's no training plan for newly joined people and still without that they'll put everything on your head and expect you to perform perfectly! It's US based MNC but inside its just a workshop. I haven't got my 1 month salary too. "We'll make it 500cr organisation in next 5 years" I can only laugh on these kind of statements. I think Its more traditional firm than a professional company. There was no proper work distribution, there is no proper evaluation system, employee encoragment scheme, i don't know how the management is running this company!!

There is no importance of management skilled people. They thinks that company is running only by few engineer. Initially when I joined this company I joined as administration executive, then after few months I was transferred to supply chain management even though i was not having any technical skills. I struggled a lot for almost 8 months but since i was not having much technical skills i was pressurised by the technical manager and finally i resigned. I became jobless for few months and again I had come to know that there was a vacancy in the office i rejoined this company but this time i was again appointed on 6 months probession period with lower salary than earlier. I again work for almost 6 months but even though they had given me in writing to regularise my salary they didn't full fill their commitment and I was being exploited with the same salary in this company....Read More
