A very good experience I got to spend in my career. The team is amazing ,they were always there for me whenever i got any doubt. The Culture and team is very friendly.I have done the internship in my own local town branch . I.e; Doomdooma Branch, Tinsukia, Assam. The Chief Manager sir is so Great, Helpful, Full of Kindness, speechless manager I got during my career. In other words, A Proper human government employee should be like him & I also one of my elder team mates, whom I got the reference is also one of the best & coolest employee in the branch, I personally felt. The Office security is amazing and interior is also much more developed during the recent years. Feel Good , Being SBI , the main trustful bank of India, I honor the opportunity to the fullest. Nothing, But the other helpful workers, who are not officially recruit, but their working level is also hardworking as the official members. Level of working is different. but force of working is same.

I learnt lots of thing related to the internet banking in the SBI. It's importance towards customer also it help me to understand the mindset of customer related to internet banking.

If you are a permanent employee you get some respect and a lot of perks in salary such as petrol compensation, furniture etc

Career growth is extremely slow and is frustrating, also you barely get to do what you like and there is too much documentation or paperwork of work done rather than actually working
