1. Only meetings through out the day without leaving time to actually work. 2. Stretching business communication 24x7 without leaving scope for family life. 3. Too much data and too many people to provide data, but very little people to actually perform. Please asking for data don't have knowledge to guide the people actually execute. 4. Postings are highly managed by top management involvement, without considering merits. Eg. AGM HR of Circle is totally influenced by pressures and merely executes on their recommendations ignoring deserved people in postings. For mere executing instructions from higher ups, no need to waste services of an AGM, better post an Asst Manager. 5. Customer service is totally taking a back seat in branches, as all BMs are always seen in attending teams meetings. Staff don't have knowledge in RBI instructions. E.g. insisting customers to use only drop box for depositing cheques, despite customers requests to accept over counter against acknowledgment. Customers don't have time to lodge complaints, otherwise our branches would have been flooded with lot of complaints....Read More

Sky is the limit in doing business . No resource crunch from sbi. Achieve target through innovative approach to business. Recognition comes easily after achieving or surpassing business targets.

The bosses depends heavily on their juniors in operational units to achieve business targets. This leads to oversupervision and suffocates the work and moral of workforce. Administrative over dependence to obtain results suffocates the business environment. The bosses should be given independent business targets to innovatively create and develop business. Instead the depend heavily on juniors to achieve business targets. At times the boss achievement is simply the achievement of his juniors. They only report the figures. They too should create, develop, innovate and pass on the leads created by them to do the business. The BM, RM, DGM, GM, CGM should interact directly with top business groups. They to should acquire and deepen, penetrative and develop business. They should be rated on this front also. And not only reporting and encouraging the business booked by their juniors. The parasites should be located and shown the door. They are the ones responsible for the low moral of the workforce. They follow too closely their junior operational staff for showing their own business growth. They only depend on passing discomfort to the juniors to achieve business results. Managerial initiatives are lacking. Overdependence on administration to achieve result is bad . Show Managerial skills, soft skills in developing business. All operational offices should close on time. No late works. Show your skills in finishing work on time. The offices which do not close on time should be asked to submit explanation....Read More
