All, No job security, disgusting work life balance, you have to do a lot of work but you will get a little salary, your total salary will be 20k but in your payslip it's only 15k , you will get daily wages not salary. Everyone is your boss. There is no promotion so just forget about it, they repeatedly announces about incentive whenthey need you to do something but when you fulfill their desires, they just forget about you.
