Have to work beyond working hrs without overtime Hr policy is worst Management forces to sell unworthy products. 4 people work is to be done by one. Overall the computer system and software sucks.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
