SBH is number one Associate Bank . It provided me good career growth justifying my hard result & oriented work I have done for the Bank.Due involvement in job I could not I missed work-life balance.

Association politics hampered the work environment. H R policy regarding transfers demotivated me as the person who is close to Association leaders and Top Officials favoured than a needy official.

Work Details

Hectic and exciting and totally satisfactory as the work I done resulted in lower NPA , higher profits for the Bank . This was totally compensated in form of immediate promotions as and when I was eligible. Total service as Officer I handled credit only.
