I appreciated the supportive and collaborative environment that fostered professional growth and development in child psychology and special education. The opportunity to work directly with children and witnessing their progress was deeply rewarding. The management and team was approachable and encouraged innovation, creating a dynamic workplace.

Dislikes

Majority of my experience has been positive and while i had a few troubles in navigating some challenges, but the team’s coordination and management’s prompt support help me through it.

After I submitted my formal resignation, I was threatened by the HR "remember we will be in the same industry." Now my original documents (10th grade and 12th grade certificate, and University degree) are being held by them and they say it will be released only after I pay a fine amount worth 2 months' salary. I was not paid for an entire month only because I quit. Disgusted that they claim to help special needs students but all they care about is minting money from the parents. It was an amazing experience working with the starlit team as they have been so supportive throughout my internship and this being my first internship I was a bit nervous but they trained me for the work I had to do and the skills that I have developed here are going to be helpful for me for my further studies as well
