Nothing is to be liked in this compnay. Calling it a company is respectfull, its a hellhole.

Working at Fitelo has been deeply disappointing experience. There is zero Work-Life-Balance, and dieticians are held accountable for everything - even when the fault lies with managers or unresponsive clients. You're forced to call endlesslt, but if you miss a single call, you're blamed. The company has no real vision - its extremely entierly sales-driven. This original goal of building a respectful space for dietician has completely collapsed. Promotions go to flatterers and gossipers, while experienced professionals are ignored or replaced by underqualified hires posing as seniors. Raising concerns leads to immediate firing. Leadership thrives on fear and favouritism, not merit. If you're not generating sales, you'e treated like you're expendable. Work culture is very Toxic, they want 2 sales daily if you could not achieve your daily targets they will make you sit till 10pm, and your morning starts with watsapp followup to Clients which you have to complete it between 7-8am then there will be a morning meet at around 9.30am the whole day you will have to seat infornt of the camera while keeping your Camera On always, there will be a 30mins Lunch break, with additional 15mins break that you can take anytime, calling should be done till 9pm if you achieve your daily target which they call as DRR, then again you have to send evening watsapp text to clients which they call as eveing followups between 10-11pm, then your day gets over. So would sugget you guys please dont Join the Company you will not be able to manage your personal life. Friday Saturday & Sunday No Off....Read More

The culture is really good. Everyone is helping so even if work pressure can be there sometime, you team is always there to support you. Senior are good, you can reach out to them anytime you face any issues with the work.
