Fitelo is all about sales pressure, all though they have a sales team there but still they except from Dietitian to convert clients every single day. There is a huge work pressure because of this sales. And on top of it you have handle a huge amount of clients so yes there is a lot of work pressure. I worked there for 6 months and talking about incentives it’s totally about your sales, you have to achieve 50% of your targets or else you won’t get a single penny for incentives. Poor incentive structure. Being a dietitian, you would be given a target which is very similar to sales target and if you don't do it, you'll be micromanaged throughout the day and your mental peace would completely go in for a toss. No recognition would be given for the work you do. You'll be treated like shit.

I love the work culture and how everyone supports their team members .And teh best thing is that you can take leaves if you have any emergency that requires more than 5 days of leave . Always helpful and appreciate your work . There are so many thing you will learn in the fitelo and grow as well

Worst during training you have to be in two weeks training and two week also u have to give the exam they are completely into sales the all pressure is to dietitian they should handle everything I think for fresher this is not a company to work in the beginning u will feel stress
