I love the work culture and how everyone supports their team members .And teh best thing is that you can take leaves if you have any emergency that requires more than 5 days of leave . Always helpful and appreciate your work . There are so many thing you will learn in the fitelo and grow as well

I really like the work culture here, the friendly and chill environment and flexible working hours. And the way everyone helps each other and praises each other on every big or little achievement. I am learning new things everyday and enjoying working here so far!

Dislikes

I feel that there should be 2 weeks days off , that is Saturday and Sunday, rather than just Sunday, because 1 day is not enough. It would really help the employees to recharge themselves and work more efficiently the whole week !

Its great working with Fitelo. They have superb work experience and great management. It's a very heartwarming work environment. Also, there training system for the new joiner is superb I had not seen any firm giving so well-maintained training to their new joiner's. i really love to work at fitelo because of culture and friendly environment,also i learn alot.

Salary/appraisal like i think sometimes we used to work for 12hours but i find according to that our salary is not sufficient. 2ndly work life balance because whenever we need holidays we need to manage our work. we don't get holidays on festivals as we need to do work in prior.

Earlier it was nice no pressure regarding sales although everybody says there is no sales oriented things but at the end there is, I don't know about others what they feel but this is my opinion I feel this way!
