When I joined the Fitelo I'm facing some personal issues but Fitelo supported me in all aspects. From the day one, I loved the culture of the company. Not only colleagues but the higher authorities are also so down to earth that we can share our problems to them and will definetly got their support. I recommend Fitelo to those who wants to work in joyful environment and want growth also.

The best thing that I have learned so far in this company is if you work hard you do get recognition. There is no shortcut for success. From being mere a employee who sits in the corner to become assistant manager who helps the colleague - I have come too far and the journey is a roller-coaster ride.

Its a startup , so many amendments and many rules will be made and broken. So no dislikes as such. I just hope there is no hurting of feelings of anyone .

it just there is more of work and less of pay off, there is no holidays where we have no contact with work somehow we have to response to client on our holidays also , no mental peace
