Even though the Base Salary structure is Below market standards, the incentive structure is excellent; post adding the incentives the salary structure becomes best in the Industry across any levels.

Base Salary package is below industry standards (without incentives).

Work Details

One of the best places to work. Employee friendly environment to work. Had to shift to other company as the base package was too low to support my housing loan requirement. Base Salary package (Excluding incentives) lower then industry std.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
