I was totally wrong with my decision to join SS Tech Networking Solution private limited because their work culyis so bad, learning gowthyis zero and most importantly their is no salary they hired candidate but couldn't pay anything,it's a very very very bad company and I don't suggest anyone to work in this company.

They don't pay salary on right infact they delay salary for 2-3 months.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
