Salary is less, very less no growth only learning from start to end. They never use industry standards for programming, no company-driven tool is there. Office politics is so bad, Seniors are also very rude. Overtime is unpaid, Think 100 times before joining the company

My work is all about to look after entire project which is assigned to me from its initial design to deployment, which include front-end user interface, mockup, logo design and backend development , cross browser testing, debuging, server configuration.
