Honestly there is nothing which you can like. You can be happy if you are placed or highered but once you in you will never be happy

There are many things Some of them are - 1. Culture 2. No support 3. Long working hours almost everyday still no body will appreciate you. 4. You will not get leaves easily 5. No professionalism 6. You will not rated for your performance 7. There is no rules for promotion. If they want then will promote you anyway anytime if theydon't want they will not. 8. No personal life apart from sat n sun 9. No proper traing and there expectation is to just work without any support and also with efficiency. Etc........Read More
