It's good company to work if you get hired for few departments. You will to learn many things as its more focused on automation. Also you get to learn many product .

There is no work life balance . Appraisal and bonus is very bad and it's getting worst day by day. Company share price is also getting worst so no use of esops or share as an award or final additional bonus.

There are many things Some of them are - 1. Culture 2. No support 3. Long working hours almost everyday still no body will appreciate you. 4. You will not get leaves easily 5. No professionalism 6. You will not rated for your performance 7. There is no rules for promotion. If they want then will promote you anyway anytime if they don't want they will not. 8. Nothing, because of worst management culture and decisions I would like to work at SS&C if all TL and managers work in there respective departments for few hrs in relation to work process day by day for end clients which will help them to gain the process knowledge

Salary benefits is low Very low appraisal year by year Very bad promotion decision made by management in past few years just to retain employees and one who hard work still struggle. 1. No Recognition 2. High Micro Management 3. No proper Corporate culture.. no much connect to HRBP to share Employee problems. 4.High work expectations without proper transitions. 5.
