Salary is getting delayed because some employees have not done their compliance properly i.e. timesheet is not filled on time resulting in late payment processing. This is not the fault of the company. The only drawback is that they did not deduct the salaries of the late fillers. Evaluation process is slow. Yes, you heard me right.The evaluation process is not an individual process, It is a contribution from the first level to the higher level. If all the levels will do their job properly then there will be no delay from HR side. Legal actions take against only those people, who breached their employment contract.
