Nothing… Office ambience is better.

Dislikes

Unorganised Project, Highly Partiality, if you are a non tamil better not to apply here. Managers here will only praise tamil people and will give appreciation or rewards only for them. I don’t want to mention the manager name he is very insecure person and will torture. He doesn’t have knowledge but he will show his arrogance and ego attitude. Thank God I am out of this company. Salary also low, they will do promises but they forgot....Read More

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
