There is no job security for new joinee if you got any offer in SRM TECHNOLOGIES please keep another offer with you because any time they will say we don't have any project currently So you can leave as your wish. Also appraisal also too low

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
