Worst management, no sense of responsibility from managers or directors end. Very unorganized working system. Red flag is way of communication in terms of work and usual both. Highly recommend to stay away from such work culture, degrading professionally and indirectly affecting personally too.

Those who are looking for long term job security, work life balance, having a family life will love the company. Not much after working hours sitting in office so the work culture is good, no cutthroat competition. Career growth is good if you do little hardwork

Good products, coming up with new technologies, good technical learning, and good increments but not given during COVID 19 period. still the company paid full salary other than during first lockdown when also company paid 70% to 90% salary to all employees.

They was supported well during lockdown period and also given to us regular salary without any work done our side that's big benefit to us and they also ask our situation also care through message and mails. Salary hike not good but growth is good according to career path. Work environment is good and Managers and Team Leaders full support for every difficulty problems.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is good. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning because i was Fresher for this job. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
