I worked at Spectra Technovision and my experience was quite disappointing, to say the least. Here’s a detailed account of my time with the company: Probation Period Issues: The company has a standard 3-month probation period. Despite completing this period, I never received any confirmation or communication from the HR manager regarding my status. After six months, I was suddenly informed that I was not meeting sales targets and was being terminated. The reason behind this was political – they were hiring staff in Ahmedabad and wanted to lay off staff in Gurgaon. Lack of Support and Communication: The HR manager's support was abysmal. When I confronted her about the lack of confirmation after my probation period, she claimed it was my responsibility to call her for the confirmation letter. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Managerial Negligence: The so-called manager never conducted any meetings during my six-month tenure. He constantly promised meetings but never followed through, only to play games with my job security at the end. The lack of proper communication and guidance from the management is alarming. Job Security Concerns: This company offers no job security. They play office politics and make decisions based on their convenience rather than performance. The family business culture is evident, and it negatively impacts the professional environment. Conclusion: I strongly advise against joining Spectra Technovision. The unprofessional management, lack of communication, and job insecurity make it a challenging and unstable place to work.
