Yaskawa India's company culture is excellent, and all employees are treated equally. The most important policy of this company is excellent and in favor of all employees. Yaskawa has a policy for skill development, and job security is 100% (as long as you follow the policy). I have been working here for more than 10 years. I’ve considered switching jobs at times, but I haven't found any company like this. Yes, I could get a higher salary elsewhere, but I can’t find the same working culture as at Yaskawa India. Our office hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and after 5:15 PM, no one stays in the office. So, we can say our work-life balance is excellent. Racism, Groupism, worst work life balance, no value to employee management doesn't care. No proper salary hike. They will demotivate you. There is lot of politics. No training to fresher need to learn by observation. No cafeteria.

Need to be answerable over mobile all the time to customer even on weekends. Customer used to call me middle of the night (eg. 3am). No proper planning by manager for site visit. You never know today morning manager will sent to which location
