Seniors are more into politics, all the people at higher position are having no experience of their field they all sitting at the position because they are known to COO and President and that keeps them safe, managers who are appointed by COO are very rude, they don't respect there employees and colleagues that is why mostly people left company and they keep on hiring new people because no one stays longer....Read More

Internal politics by old Boys and controlled by them and their illiterate Bengali who came here to make tea for seniors and slowly qualified for finance where he was not even knowing how to write a simple email and how to behave with others internally maybe he want some teachings one day
