Job Description

Job Role:

Technical IT AND Non-Technical Recruitment

Recruitment for our in-house Technical (IT/EC) and Non-Technical requirements of Domestic staff at Pan India locations as per the timelines

Sourcing and screening resumes, Head hunting

Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

liaising with interviewers and following up on the interview process status

Engaging with shortlisted and prospective candidates

Keeping the selected candidates warm till Joining

Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and solicit referrals

Maintain database and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Requirements
Required Skills:

Any Bachelors / Masters (bachelors or masters in computers will be preferred

Relevant experience of at-least 3 years in Domestic IT and Non-IT recruiting at all levels from junior executive to senior level positions.

Strong exposure to various hiring platforms such as Naukri; linkedin; indeed; hirist; hirect; Apna and other free portals too.

Excellent Communication Skills, good command over English language.
