On time salary is just a thing to like about this company

Dislikes

Appraisals are just like beans and nuts You've to make sure that your work is perfect and there is no bug/issue otherwise they will shout at you in front of everybody without thinking for a moment They only care about sales not the employees No job security, if profit is low then you can be terminated anytime

Good products, coming up with new technologies, good technical learning, and good increments but not given during COVID 19 period. still the company paid full salary other than during first lockdown when also company paid 70% to 90% salary to all employees.

Dislikes

still need more new technologies and have faster decisions for faster development

They was supported well during lockdown period and also given to us regular salary without any work done our side that's big benefit to us and they also ask our situation also care through message and mails. Salary hike not good but growth is good according to career path. Work environment is good and Managers and Team Leaders full support for every difficulty problems....Read More

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is good. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning because i was Fresher for this job. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Mismatch compensation against work load, imbalance of work among employees. Those who work hard gets peanuts. Poor capabilities of managers. No real training to new employees, they have been given task without training.
