Basically, you will lose your work life balance. I used to sit idle for weeks before I could get work. Skill development will be average. They have projects which are 10 to 15 years old. No technical knowledge growth.

HR management is below poor. The CEO does not care about it. HR is the new CEO of the company. Politics will be your friend here.

I must say that the work environment at SPEC INDIA is spectacular. You can grow yourself by learning new things. So, there is a good career growth for everyone. The seniors and management is always helpful whenever you need their help. The company offers Flexible timing & 5 Day working, so you will have a good work-life balance.
