I love working a SPEC INDIA since I have joined. The work environment here is very friendly and supportive. Everyone works as a team and help juniors whenever they needed help. The company also cares about employee well-being, offering health insurance, and work-life balance. It has five day working so it gives you ample time to rest and recharge yourself by spending some quality time with your dear ones. Basically, you will lose your work life balance. I used to sit idle for weeks before I could get work. Skill development will be average. They have projects which are 10 to 15 years old. No technical knowledge growth.

Dislikes

HR management is below poor. The CEO does not care about it. HR is the new CEO of the company. Politics will be your friend here.
