Working with SPEC INDIA is like dream come true. Superb work culture, friendly colleagues, and supportive seniors. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Best management and best possible employee-friendly policies. Seniors are technically very strong. Great support is given to the freshers to learn and enhance their skills. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
