If your joining as fresher, then you can learn many things within a year then other service based company.

Dislikes

Since your learning many things in a year there is no work life balance, no working environment, there is no process to follow for the project. Whatever the CEO says that's the process, will be treated like slave within a year you'll understand that your not working in IT company. There is lot of politics in between the vp's and CEOand they won't address our issues. Proper training won't be given to the new joinees only they need to learn to survive the pressure. Also there is a bond for 3 years excluding the training period (6 months) so totally 3.5 years you cannot resign in between. No benefits for employees except health insurance....Read More

No work-life balance you can't take leave even for your personal reasons if your taking leave then you only have to do extra work on the weekends.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
