Dislikes

3 years bond and if u decide to leave early they don't even give u experience certificate and no salary and ask you to pay a lump some amount. Over work pressure as they don't have budget to recruit many employee You can't take leaves even a day incase of emergency they make u to take forced unpaid leaves

No proper policy, and wrost management ever. No learning no promotions for a deserving people and too much politics and they think everything can be brought by paying cash hence no respect at all.

If your joining as fresher, then you can learn many things within a year then other service based company.

Dislikes

Since your learning many things in a year there is no work life balance, no working environment, there is no process to follow for the project. Whatever the CEO says that's the process, will be treated like slave within a year you'll understand that your not working in IT company. There is lot of politics in between the vp's and CEO and they won't address our issues. Proper training won't be given to the new joinees only they need to learn to survive the pressure. Also there is a bond for 3 years excluding the training period (6 months) so totally 3.5 years you cannot resign in between. No benefits for employees except health insurance.
