Oh! Sad but it's a long long list to go. Sharing my honest review without any revenge behind this, just to save others from their horrible experience of toxic job environment with insecured job. Firstly, You can get fired at any time and secondly HR and management is on another level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. Nothing to learn and nothing much to work on. Everything is going on changeable instructions and planning. You can only survive here if you pamper the ego of management. They will strict you within the 2 yrs bond and if you break it then 2 months salary and three months notice need to be given but they can throw you out without notice. Three people in management, one is always on mood swings with lady tantrums, second is always on high due to short term memory loss, and the third and last one is not here, lives in US and he is the one who is client also. We always get to know that finance manager is working in company but here accountant has all the power to take the decisions to fire, hire and judge work of other departments without proper knowledge and involvements. So guys, please save your careers and don't cross by this company by mistake also....Read More
