One thing that I like most is the work culture and the environment. It's a too good place to work with. Culture in sopra is so open that you can even directly go to your director or CEO and talk to them. 100 percent job security even when company undergoes some unfortunate situation. Dislikes

For normal shift, sopra does not provide any cab. We have bus facility from office to metro but cab for normal shift.
