1- less projects- they have less projects due to which movement to another project is challenge. Existing projects has also very less learning. 2- poor management- managment is not good here as some managers are so adamant in forcing employees to work as per their wish.

Nothing good...It's like a fiefdom...Run by bigots..And for bigots..Always talking of marathon..or industry in bad shape..no jobs ..Blah blah...Rubbish.close to zero carrer growth options...Zero training budget, work mostly on outdated technologies.PM is just a coordinator, main skill required is favouritism and licking, starts right from the top.... Politics is all around.. The lord notices if his esteemed presence was acknowledged with a good morning or not.. Appraisals are a joke..They'll change policies before each cycle..Try to act transparent ..That we are informing...Talk about same scary stories..Even the odd external trainer that comes in speaks the same nonsense.......Read More
