The company cares a lot about employees who have stayed in the company for more than 5 years. It's definitely more employee friendly than big and other IT Giants. Several small projects, short term nearshore travel (1-3 months), Food is good, free snacks during some special festivities, creche facility for toddlers, several conference rooms, have never seen so many LED screens for meetings, etc, support functions like IT support, HR support, Travel support , Finance support just a floor away and easy to approach....Read More

Work life balance not good depends on project, usually big sized projects are not good here, senior management relies on middle management for feedback of employees and it's biased depending upon several human factors, one who demands here gets it so even the deserving one has to be demanding, latest technology projects but India office not so good in trainings aspects, European projects are quite different than American projects so one has to be adaptable, management doesn't balance out recognition/onsite/promotion, weak appraisal...Read More

Not much challenging work culture in the org. Have limited scope for growth and opportunities after certain levels. This org really need to cope up with industry wide work env.

Serious issues with work quality no difference in job responsibilities for freshers and 15 year experience person they both have same job responsibilities. This is quite strange never had this experience in my career. Think twice before joining. complete body shopping.
