Asst general counsel treats you like his personal assistant. He even goes to the extent of asking you to draft emails for him so that he can just hit the forward button from their inbox. Work pressure is immense as the AGC transfer his work on his subordinates. You just forget work life balance after joining this team. Horrible experience.

Don't like anything here. Employees didn't get appraisal since last 2 years. And they are not at all employee centric organization. If you only care about salary with no growth, no work life balance, no leaves , toxic manager then this place is for you. I am taking about Delhi location.

All are dislikes. Employees are not happy bcoz of current Regional Director. He is a toxic person, will kill you mentally.

Hired me for a project, after joining they mentioned project is on hold and manager and hr didn't gave any further updates about project. The manager stopped responding and they moved me to bench no proper information struggle to get into other projects because very less projects inside and they use very old technologies to work with and the experience was terrible after joining. They hire people as they have requirements but after hiring they will be on bench mostly because most of projects will be on hold at any point of time due to some issues. I don't recommend this company to anyone, poor management, no proper updates, people ignore to give the information. And there are very less projects inside the company. Totally waste of time here. It's very poorly managed workplace. Most of the folks are here for 15, 20 years and treat they are the boss. Give you feel of an govt office.

Dislikes

Poor management, no professional attitude. There are almost no communication from competency other than deliverables. Poor compensation and no sight of annual appraisal. Overall it lakes the zeal and not recommended for high growth mindset.

1)If you join after jan you will not get hikes for same year, need wait for one more year 2)2months bench ad 2months notice period,if they dont have any project they will ask to resign forcefully
