Not much opportunity for skill development, learning materials are not good at all, management expects you to work full time and spend our own time to learn like 28 new skills such as AWS, python, Mongo DB and so on under 6 months. Most of training materials do not help with project as quality is very low.

1- Provided workstation and work related devices. 2- Providing complete salary and on time as I am in billable project and key resource. 3- Provided Internet cost (MAx 750 Rs per month)

1- No Learning. 2- More Politics. Hell lot of politics and Chaploosi. 3- No proper holidays and leaves policy. In our project we have to work on holidays as well. We get comp off but that also has restricted use. 4- Binding in 1 project, no scope of growth. 5- All resources are measured same. No appreciation for good ones. 6- Not allowed to work from hometown in this covid-19 situation. We can only wokr from home at the same city. 7- Management is worst and not employee friendly. 8- No good hikes or appreciation. 9- Work culture is similar to govt. companies. Late decisions no actions in right path. 10- Resources who are billable are getting salary in covid. I thought it would be a great company especially for a good resource but my experience was poor. The main reason is old, incapable and politically manipulated management.
