Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Anyone who is expecting a good hike (40-50%) during company change can undoubtedly choose this company .

Dislikes

Mobile phone not allowed. No, 2 hrs permission. No job security. No double off. Poor insurance facility. A good company who is jobless and desperate for a job.
