I have worked at Comparex in finance department and found that it is run by a old couple, CFO and CEO, who doesn't have any vision and doesn't even know ho to run a company which has some ethics rather they run it like a LALA company.

Its terrible Organisation, nothing is Organised, you are called off meeting anytime if the CEO wishes. Late working hours, forced to work on weekends without extra pay. your targets are maximised without your consent, you are NOT paid for what you achieve

It was a big employee centric ; employee driven business model just until two years back ...but now it's just another company doing business as literal business in totally hit and trial mode. If you want to grow and have self driven potential to learn then this would be a great place to be at right now.

Rapid & turbulent changes within the organization. Promotions and demotions are based on favoritism and not actual work impact. Unstability has been evident since 2023, and it still continues. People sitting at the top levels of hierarchy are least concerned about employee retention.

Once you are senior resource they will ask you to do all the stuff, they’ll try to make you feel that you are so important to them but that’s not true, plus there’s no learning you can get, getting promotion among buttering people is like impossible.

Majority of seniors, heads, leaders are not team oriented, so you there's always a war type situation everyday to fight even with your colleagues to stand what is right and for yourself. Favoritism is the main ingredient that already destroyed many teams.
