Hello , My Name is Jayprakash Nishad and I have recently joined Softenger INDIA Pvt Ltd. I would like to share my experience with Softener. My reporting manager was Seema Bohite and she is very personable, she was very polite and down to earth, which made everyone happy. Once you become a part of Softenger you will eventually become a member of its family

I didn't have much to say as I was recently joined , i have joined Softenger in Technical Department and after few months I was not liking it the role I have been assigned so i discussed with my manager that I don't want to leave Softenger INDIA Pvt Ltd because it's good company so please change my Department if possible. I have more interest in that specific role , But I didn't get any clear response from their side so eventually I had to put my papers so I did ..... please if someone is not happy with his designation and job role then it needs attention on employees that's what I feel . New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
