Worst environment,Hardwork not been valued at all. No matter how much hardwork you do there will be no appreciation for it. At the end of year you will be given pre determined ratings instead of valuing your work. Manager's company nothing for new joiners or ygs . If you want to learn ,earn or upturn never join this company because none out of the 3 is present in this company

It is a good experience till now, they care about their employees especially during the covid time. There is a lot of training that keeps on happening which is good for personal growth. Work-life balance depends upon the time you are working for. Ownership of work, even if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

Compensation is low as compared to other Investment Banks. They removed additional food and travel allowance from the year 2021.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. We have the job security, means they are not going to fire you but it's there in more than 99% of the companies. Except the job security, there is nothing else to like about this organisation.

Dislikes

You will work under highly unqualified people who have no idea about what they are doing. But even then they will dictate you what to do and any hesitation or counter opinion from you will result in a complain to team head and constant harassment by your manager. Manger will frustrate you by pinging every half an hour, calling you for updates and will shout at you if you say that not much could be progressed in half an hour.
