Leadership is one of the worst especially the ones in India. They are the least employee centric, the leadership culture is I, me myself. Least bothered about employee engagement. Completely disconnected from employees. They are in their own world, getting promoted every other year and the employee is stagnant. Transparency with their counter part is zilch, when 25-30%people leave a team they still hide this and say there is no impact on delivery. Employees have to slog because of this. Then they run diversity and inclusion, which is complete farce. It's similar to the Indian reservation system, not at all based on merit. They will blindly give promotion to 80% of women in a year and then the leaders are so stupid that they will communicate that this year you will not get promoted because we have this target to promote women. Their support for the LGBTQ community is commendable. Basically the culture is of PowerPoint where everything looks fabulous on PowerPoint whereas on the ground there is no change.
