You can become capable of doing many tasks under lot of work pressure and manage to do it in time , whereas in this manner of working your skill of doing something new won't be possible , but at certain points senior's aren't put you on top to learn more

Dislikes

Toxic atmosphere No appreciation Commitment issues Appraisal only when you give them resignation Jobs insecurity ( they will use you completely and once you ask for appraisal they will replace you and torture you day by day Else there is lot to write .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
