Good environment for work and culture. Teammates and staff are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Bounce every year

Lots of time review per day and politics and on the job training is not given to new joinees

One of worst company in my career.

Company submits false reports to the customers on quality and dimension front. The work force not aware of the quality systems. Management is not willing to learn the quality systems laid by the quality management organisations.

Work Details

I joined the company as a Plant Head, tried to implement the systems followed by industries on quality. But the company is deep in creating fraudulent documents and also when tried to teach them the right path management was not willing to change.
