I worked as a Deputy Team Leader from April 2011 to June 2014 at SMEC in Chennai for the World Bank aided Irrigated Agriculture Modernization and Water Bodies Restoration and Management (IAMWARM) project. This is a tank development and rehabilitation project. I received satisfactory amount of salary throughout the period with increment of 5% annually. Since I was placed at the top level, as a team leader, nearly a dozen consultants worked with us so all of them are so closely associated with each one's work and satisfactorily performed their duty throughout their period.
