Although I have been working with Smec India and SMEC INTERNATIONAL from 2011. I have worked for company and loyal and I have learned a lot of things and gained a lot of knowledge and skills during my career.

Dislikes

However I have been loyal to the company but there is no job security. After finishing the project, company didn't keep me in other company. Just like use and throw. So I dislike for this attitude.

Worst Company to join for anybody. It has no respect for even very senior knowledgeable experts & Consultants and treat them as normal employees by senior people of the Company. No job security for freshers or anybody. Very poor management and leadership.
